Where will I meet my driver?
Every transfer includes meet & greet. At the airport your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign; for hotel pick-ups the driver meets you at the entrance.
How do I pay?
Online by bank card through the secure Epoint payment page. The amount is charged in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) and shown before you pay.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight. Enter your flight number when booking and we follow its actual arrival or departure time on the day.
Can I cancel my transfer?
Yes. Cancel at least 48 hours before your pick-up time and you get a full refund. You can cancel on the "Manage booking" page with the code and PIN from your confirmation e-mail.
Where is Baku airport?
Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD) is about 25 km northeast of Baku city centre. The drive usually takes 25–40 minutes, depending on traffic.
